At ResuMagic, we strive to provide the best possible service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- The service did not work as described (e.g., failed to generate an optimized resume)
- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same optimization
- The optimized resume was not delivered due to a technical error on our end
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot process refunds as the data has been automatically deleted from our systems.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after downloading the optimized resume
- You did not receive the expected job interview or offer
- You did not review the free preview before purchasing
- The refund request is made after the 24-hour window

Please include:
- Your order/transaction ID
- The email address used for the purchase
- A brief reason for the refund request
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
