When you upload a resume, we temporarily process its contents to provide our optimization service. This includes:

Job Description

The job description you paste is processed alongside your resume to generate optimized content.

Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage data such as page views, feature usage, and error logs to improve our Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

  • Analyze your resume against the job description
  • Generate an optimized version of your resume
  • Process payments through Paddle
  • Improve and maintain the Service

4. Data Retention

We automatically delete all resume data within 24 hours of processing. We do not permanently store your resume contents or use them for any purpose other than providing the optimization service.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI) - Used for resume analysis and optimization. Data is processed according to their privacy policy and is not used for model training.
  • Paddle - Used for payment processing. Subject to Paddle's privacy policy.
  • Supabase - Used for temporary data storage. Data is encrypted at rest.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
  • Encrypted data storage
  • Limited access controls
  • Regular security audits

7. Your Rights

Since we do not require account creation and automatically delete data within 24 hours, there is no persistent personal data to access, modify, or delete. If you have concerns about your data, please contact us.
